Any person wishing to speak must state their name for the record and will have three (3) minutes to speak. However, if the number of people wishing to speak is large, the presiding trustee may reduce the time allowed per speaker. Your cooperation in adhering to the stated time limit, and staying on topic, will be greatly appreciated. No action may be taken on matters raised under Public Comment until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
