June 24, 2026 The Yerington Planning Commission met in the City Council Chambers at 4:00 pm with the following members present: President Steve Douglas Commissioner Eric Bodenstein Commissioner Micah Triplett Commissioner Leo Solari City Manager Jerry Bryant Planning Commission Secretary Stacey Larsen Absent Commissioner Travis Crowder Commissioner Keith Trout City Attorney Chuck Zumpft Guests: Greg Chico, PLS Nora Stevens 1. Meeting Called to Order by President Douglas 2. Public Participation President Douglas asked for public comment. There was none at this time. 3. Agenda Approval Commissioner Bodenstein make a motion to approve the agenda for the June 24, 2026 meeting as presented, seconded by Commissioner Solari. President Douglas asked for public comments, there were no public comments and the motion was carried unanimously. 4. Minutes of May 27, 2026 meeting Commissioner Triplett made a motion to approve the minutes for the May 27, 2026 meeting with the following errors corrected. Item number five needs YMV Development, LLC replaced with Vincent and Jessica Arrighi, seconded by Commissioner Bodenstein. President Douglas asked for public comments, there were no public comments and the motion was carried unanimously. 5. Staff Reports President Douglas asked for Staff Reports.
