Lorien Clark, City of Napa - City staff will be at the June 23rd Farmers Market doing outreach for
the Jefferson Street Corridor Plan.
Ron Ranada, City of American Canyon - there will be a 60-hour closure on the Green Island Road
project in late June or mid-July, depending on progress. The South Kelly Road/Tower Road
project is out for bid.
Member Ranada noted Kristine Delos Santos accepted a position with the City of Vallejo, he will
be the point of contact until a replacement is hired.
Steve Lederer, County of Napa - Most of the County's paving projects for this year are underway,
the Solano Avenue project will start mid-June.
Jessica Lowe, City of Napa - Redwood Road paving starts next week, Lincoln Avenue
underground and sidewalk work will start in couple of weeks, paving is anticipated late

Corridor Transportation Safety and Mobility plan that includes a community survey, she invited
the TAC to complete the survey.
Steve Lederer, County of Napa - the County is ready to start paving projects on Partrick, Solano,
Deer Park, White Cottage, College, along with several storm repair projects. The County is also
working with the City of Napa on Imola, and the City of American Canyon on South Kelly and
Tower on upcoming paving projects. A paving project on Devlin Road from Soscol Ferry
intersection to the Chevron station may start next week, and most of the work will be done at
night.
Eric Janzen, City of St. Helena - The City hired James McCann to serve as interim city manager
during the search for a city manager.

Caltrans encroachment permit to install a water pipeline on the bridge. The water pipeline is
currently in the creek and is a barrier to fish.
Eric Janzen, City of St. Helena - announced that City Manager Anil Comelo had left the City.
Juan Arias, County of Napa - provided an update on multiple upcoming paving and repair
projects as well as specific street projects in coordination with the City of Napa and/or Napa
Sanitation.

opportunity for a project to remediate the part of Suscol Creek that runs under Highway 29 that
has been eroded and prevents fish passage. It has been identified that Caltrans completed a
design report for the remediation in 2021 as part of the Soscol Junction Project and Hackett
requests the Board to place this topic on a future agenda for discussion.

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) meeting will
be held in person. A Zoom option will be available for members of the public to participate for
convenience only and in the event that the Zoom teleconference connection malfunctions for any
reason, the Technical Advisory Committee reserves the right to conduct the meeting without remote
access and take action on any agenda item. All committee members are expected to participate in
person and follow the traditional Brown Act rules.
All materials relating to an agenda item for an open session of a regular meeting of the Technical
Advisory Committee (TAC) are posted on the NVTA website at:

Lorien Clark, City of Napa - the City plans to apply for a BUILD (Better Utilizing Investments to
Leverage Development) grant for the Imola Corridor.
Eric Janzen, City of St. Helena - the City has started work on its downtown sidewalk and
pedestrian improvement project.
Derek Rayner, City of Calistoga - the City's Pavement Condition Index (PCI) score has improved
from 53 to almost 70.
Jessica Lowe, City of Napa - reported the City Council approved the Lincoln Avenue Project,
which will reconfigure the lanes from California to Soscol. She also noted that Farid Javandel
moved on to Alameda County Transportation Commission, and the hiring process will start soon
to fill that position.
Steve Lederer, County of Napa - the Board of Supervisors requested an updated five-year paving
