Planning Commission

The Olathe Planning Commission is reviewing several land development requests, including plats for Stonebridge South and Heather Ridge South. A public hearing is scheduled to discuss rezoning Abbey Valley from a rural district to residential single-family. A permit request for a telecommunications facility has been continued to a future meeting.

City Council

The Olathe City Council will install newly elected Mayor and Councilmembers and elect a Mayor Pro-Tem. The agenda also includes consideration of a zoning amendment for Bach Homes Montage Apartments and resolutions regarding water and stormwater revenue bonds.
