City Council

Planning & Community Design Commission

The Commission unanimously recommended an ordinance amendment to allow home reconstruction on existing lots in the SR Single Family Residential district with a width of 40 to 50 feet. The Commission also heard presentations regarding LED lighting and a proposed private dog park.

Economic Development Commission

Planning & Community Design Commission

The commission discussed the Comprehensive Plan update and medical marijuana facility ordinances. No formal actions were taken because the meeting lost its quorum at approximately 7:30 PM.

Parks & Recreation Commission

The Commission reviewed rental fees and membership rates for Five Oaks on Warson. Members requested that the PARC Fee Working Group develop recommendations for cleaning fees and tiered damage deposits. The meeting also included updates on the Park Master Plan and seasonal activities.

Planning & Community Design Commission

The Planning and Community Design Commission voted to recommend that the City Council retain Shockey & Associates as planning consultants for the Comprehensive Plan. The Commission also reviewed demographic data and discussed the Hilltop West redevelopment project and a subdivision at 9549 Old Bonhomme Road, though no action was taken on those items.
