Planning Commission

The Pasco County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on several zoning and comprehensive plan items, including continuances for a special exception and a rezoning, and consent items for day-care/veterinarian special exception, business park rezoning, and multiple comprehensive plan amendments. The commission has final authority on special exceptions; other items are recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

The Planning Commission approved several zoning changes, including a transition to light industrial for the Diagonal Road Business Park. Village of Pasadena Hills Planning and Policy
