Variance)
The public hearing for Ivory Bakery opened at 4:30 PM. Chairperson Durkin invited the
applicant, Linda Ibrahim, to present.
Ms. Ibrahim explained that Ivory Bakery operates using prepackaged baked goods and utilizes a
portable handwashing sink at its Northshore Mall location. She described the setup, including
separate clean water and wastewater containers, and confirmed that no food preparation occurs
on-site.
Health Inspector Randy Suckney confirmed that the handwashing setup met safety expectations
for temporary use and would satisfy applicable code requirements. Board members discussed
