Planning & Zoning Commission

The Piedmont Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider an administrative rezone at 9150 Piedmont Rd N from A-1 to RE-1, and two Planned Unit Development (PUD) design statements at 210 Piedmont Road N and 2901 Mustang Road NE. City Council

The Piedmont City Council will meet to discuss and vote on several infrastructure projects, including a $736,775 road resurfacing contract, new public works facilities, and a road reconstruction project. They will also consider the fiscal year 2022-23 audit, potential pay raises for council members, and multiple ordinances on utility notices, oil pad maintenance, bidding rules, technology fees, trash dumpsters, and sidewalk modifications. The meeting includes consent agenda items and a separate Piedmont Municipal Authority meeting.
