The Board of Elections reviewed early voting turnout, which reached 1,125 ballots, the highest first‑day turnout on record for a municipal election. It considered and approved six returned absentee ballots, updating the DS200 machine count from 2 to 8. The Board also tested Election Day voting machines for precincts 0200A, 0301, 0401, 0601, and 0800A, and all machines passed.

The Board appointed four precinct judges for the 2025‑2027 term. It approved a temporary transfer of the 1403A1 Winterville West precinct polling place to the Winterville Operations Center, sharing the site with the 1403A2 Winterville South precinct for the 2025 municipal election. The Board then entered closed session to discuss a personnel matter.
