Matt Cramer with EBH Engineering updated the Council regarding the water projects. Phase | has been
started and the preliminary engineering report for phase Il is being worked on.
A hearing was held with Stephen Mattia regarding a nuisance letter for 402 $ Main Street. Stephen
stated he had attempted but was unable to retain an attorney. Compliance Officer Mardi Gutierrez
informed the Council as to the contents of the nuisance letter. City Attorney Michael Baxter directed
several questions to Mattia. Mattia agreed to meet with Police Chief Troy Rudman and Compliance
Officer Mardi Gutierrez before the next regular meeting. After discussion the Council would like to revisit
the issue at the next regular meeting.
