Board of Selectmen

The Board of Selectmen will discuss and consider authorizing the mayor to execute an assignment agreement allowing Louisiana Municipal Risk Management Agency and Risk Management, Inc. to file litigation against Team Health for alleged overbilling of the city for emergency room hospital services. The board will also discuss a recent court ruling in a case involving the city and consider an appeal, appoint a city attorney, and appoint a member to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
