Music. Good evening. Welcome to the Zoning Board of Appeals this Thursday, July 18th, 2026. Lauren, would you call the roll, please? James Rick Bunn. Present. Jackie Hawkins. Present. Ray Lomboski. Here. Allison Morales. Here. Joe Kowalski. Here. And Charlotte Berry. I need a motion to approve the minutes of June 18th, 2026. Motion to approve the minutes. Second. I have a second. Any additions, deletions, or corrections? Hearing none. All in favor say aye. Aye. Minutes are approved. The courtroom will be sworn in by Lauren very shortly. And you are able to state your case, and you can cross-ex amine if somebody wants to speak to you properly. And the most important thing here is that you speak into the microphone, because every word that you say is recorded from this meeting. Okay? Now, if anyone in this audience even thinks about that they want to testify, please stand and raise your …

Again, with the petitioners, when your case is called, if you'll please come to that microphone. If you'll state your fu …
