City Council

The City Council will discuss and take action on a ballot proposition for the April 4, 2023 municipal election to impose a local use tax at the same rate as the total sales tax rate. The council will also consider a resolution adopting the 2023 Butler County Hazard Mitigation Plan, a change order for the Industrial Park Infrastructure Project, and amendments to stormwater management and inspection codes. Other items include a request to vacate an alleyway for the United Gospel Rescue Mission and a work swap agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission.
