Approval of May 26th Regular Meeting Minutes F
John Heflin made a motion to approve May 26th Regular Meeting Minutes. Seconded by
Randall Blalock. Motion Passed. Voice Vote 6-0
Department Presentations
Monthly reports/- The Fire Chief stated that he will be looking into purchasing two new Radio’s
that is under his budget to, but all agreed NO Motion was made. The Mayor presented
information for Planning and Zoning stated the Planning and Zoning Commission approved a
Variance for Brandi Dorris and that the Resolution is under the New Business to approve. Falls
Sinclair Chairwoman Pam Scarber stated they have received the Grant that they have been
waiting on and will discuss more on that in the New Business.

Approval of April 27 Regular Meeting Minutes
Randall Blalock made a motion to approve April 27" Regular Meeting Minutes. Seconded by

Monthly reports/- The Fire Chief stated that he will be looking into presenting to Council in the
Future of a Buring Permit that he feels is needed in the City. The Mayor presented information
for Planning and Zoning stated they will have a Variance for a Fence at this Month’s Meeting.
Falls. Sinclair Chairwoman Pam Scarber stated she had spoken with the HPP and they. had more
questions for her and hopefully she knows something on June 20". She also stated that the Event
Committee will be having a Movie night on June the 20" and July 18". She also stated that on
August 1* there will be clothes give away and free haircuts for kids. She also stated a Glow Party
is in the making for September.
