PLANNING COMMISSION

The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on several land-use requests, including a new wireless facility and a sign variance. The body will also review a lot line adjustment and an appeal regarding a convex slope determination.

CITY COUNCIL

The City Council will receive a presentation on the South Bay Cities Main Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The body is also deciding on several maintenance contracts and project contingency increases for city infrastructure.

The Hermosa Beach City Council adopted the consent calendar and approved a series of contract amendments and resolutions, including a storm‑drain contract increase, a gas‑line contingency boost, and a lease for community‑center rooms. It also approved a professional services agreement for stormwater consulting and a letter of support for Senate Bill 84. All motions were carried, with vote counts recorded where noted.
