City Council will approve a $305,050 change order for the Torrance Blvd project

The Redondo Beach City Council will consider several consent‑calendar items, including payroll and accounts‑payable payments, a final change order of $305,050 for the Torrance Boulevard resurfacing and traffic‑signal modification projects, and an on‑call engineering services agreement with KPFF, Inc. not to exceed $100,000. The council will also act on a trustee substitution and reconveyance for a loan lien on 2003 Bataan Road and a third amendment to the city manager’s employment agreement. Closed‑session time will be used for updates on multiple ongoing lawsuits.
