Conway Planning Board Minutes Thursday, June 25 2026, 7 p.m. Location: TOWN HALL Present for the Planning Board: George Forcier, Chair; Jeff Lacy, Phyllis Craine, Cheryl Case, Lara Matta Moebius Also present GZA land use consultant Lindsay Woodson via Zoom 1) Unanimously approved minutes of June 11, 2026. 2)Discussed draft river protection zone bylaw with GZA consultants. As their contract is about to expire, the board discussed some remaining unresolved issues, but also how we might wrap up the final draft and advance public education about the proposal. We would need to find another grant or other funding for consultants, perhaps GZA, to that end. It was also suggested that we meet with the Conservation Commission as the new bylaw would overlap with the ConsCom river protection jurisdiction. Adjourned at 8:45.

Conservation Commission to hear beaver dam issue and gravel parking pad proposal
