by Alderman Wesley Hamlin followed by the pledge of allegiance.

Next came the recognition of Firefighter Mike Kaminski for being selected "Firefighter of the
Month for May 2026". Mayor McGee stated that he has shown exceptional dedication, initiative,
and commitment to the Ridgeland Fire Department by going above and beyond completing
numerous projects at Station 1 which included painting interior areas, repairing appliances, and
overseeing the budgeting, purchasing and maintenance of dive rescue equipment. Mayor McGee
thanked Firefighter Kaminski for his dedication to the City of Ridgeland and encouraged him to
continue the good work. The recognition letter is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

use of his training during a high-stress situation and his dedication to the City of Ridgeland before
encouraging him to continue the good work. The letter is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

mentors new employees to assist them in developing the skills necessary to serve our community.
Mayor McGee thanked Firefighter Miles for his dedication to the City of Ridgeland and

being located at their residence. Mayor McGee thanked Officer Johnson for his dedication to the

projects around the station without
being directed by Command Staff. Mayor McGee thanked Firefighter Bullock for his dedication
