Planning Commission

The Rockingham County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on REZ25-1749, a request by John and Kathryn Johnson to amend the proffers for a 2.716‑acre portion of Tax Map #125‑A‑263 and 125‑A‑261, changing the allowed development to no more than two single‑family detached dwellings. The commission will also approve the minutes from the December 2, 2025 meeting and receive ongoing business reports, including City Planning Commission liaison updates. No new business or contracts are scheduled for this meeting.
