Russellville Historic District Commission

City Council

The Russellville City Council is meeting in a special session to approve several year-end budget appropriations and transfers, including a $41,335.98 pass-through from the Street Fund and a $222,499.69 transfer from the General Fund to correct negative balances in personnel accounts across multiple departments. The council will also consider a resolution approving the 2024 Rules of Procedure and Standing Rules, and set committee and liaison assignments for the year.
