Town Council Regular Meeting
The Town Council will receive the draft FY2024 operations and capital budget for the enterprise fund. Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a rezoning request for 3326 Lynch Mill Rd from Industrial (M) to General Commercial (C-2). They will also consider an ordinance to allow hospitals in C-2 districts with a special use permit, and another to remove Resource Extraction as a permitted use in the Industrial district. Additionally, the commission will discuss short-term rentals and utility services, and vote on revised bylaws.
Town Council Work Session
The Town Council will hold a work session to discuss several items, including a blight discussion with the State Building Code Director, an update to the solid waste and weed control ordinance, and the development of a housing reserve. They will also consider the FY2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan and agency/non-profit budget requests. The agenda includes a closed session.

Recreation Committee Meeting

Planning Commission
