CALL TO ORDER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The meeting was called to order 9:00 a.m.; present were Chair Jay Trost, Vice-Chair Patrick Hollinger and Commissioner Lynn Coker Staff present: BOC Assistant Natasha Tippetts The Pledge was recited by all. 2. AMENDMENT AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Commissioner Trost amended the agenda to add Discussion Regarding the Crabbing Association as Item 3A, moving all subsequent items down accordingly. Commissioner Hollinger amended the agenda to add Discussion about House Bill 4148 to as Item 3E Commissioner Hollinger motioned for the agenda to be approved as amended. Coker seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 3. ACTION/DISCUSSION A. Discussion Regarding Crabbing Association Oregon Dungeness Crab Commissioner - Todd Whaley presented information Commissioner Hollinger motioned to draft a letter in support of the Oregon Coast Crab Association. Coker seconded. Motion carried unanimously. B. Approver Bid for LED Lighting in Arena - Fairgrounds Commissioner Hollinger motioned to approve bid for Wilson Electric. Coker seconded.
