June 21, 2025 RE: Georgetown BoS Workshop Mtg Minutes 6/21/25 Workshop Meeting Minutes • Selectmen Present: Mike Donahue, Doug Dawes, Laura Repplier, Rachel Bancroft, Rob Hoover • Meeting Started at 9:10 AM. • Location Georgetown Peabody Library, 2nd Floor. • Rob began. He outlined the process and goal of the workshop, which was to create a list of prioritize issues for the BoS to follow. • Each board member identified their most important priorities. • Rob took notes and created in real time a list of everyone’s priorities. Discussion was limited to this endeavor. • At this point in the workshop, Rachel had to leave the meeting. • The remaining 4 board members discussed the list and identified 8 issues. • The following list was identified and agreed upon by all present. No votes were taken. o Develop BoS plan for the year. o Form of town government study. o Long term strategic financial plan. o Review update regs, policies and procedures. o Economic development. o Communications. o Conservation Commission Complaint. Hmm. o Artificial intelligence. • All agreed goal was accomplished and the next workshop (yet to be scheduled) will include Orlando. • Rob mentioned goal of next workshop will be to begin discussion around whom, when and what for each priority item. • Workshop adjourned at 10:15am.

Main, LLC -DBA Renegade's Pub, 51 W. Main Street, Georgetown, MA for an all-alcohol beverage license, common victualer's license and entertainment license. Hours of operation will be daily 12PM-12AM. 2 Applicants introduced themselves, Anthony Bernardo and Gregory Weinstock, co- owners, and their counsel, Kristen Scanlon was present via Zoom.
