VISITORS: Lydia with Alliance for Awareness, Mayor Bartlett presented a Proclamation for
Human Trafficking Awareness.
MINUTES: Taft Dillashaw made a motion to approve the December 22, 2025 Minutes. The
motion was seconded by Susan Eller.
Roll call: unanimous yea votes by the Council. MOTION APPROVED
FINANCIALS: Taft Dillashaw made a motion to approve the November Comparative
Financial Statement. The motion was seconded by Susan Eller.
Roll call: unanimous yea votes by the Council. MOTION APPROVED
YE 25 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Taft Dillashaw made a motion to approve the
Audited Financial Statement for 9/30/25. The motion was seconded by Eric Phillips.
Roll call: unanimous yea votes by the Council. MOTION APPROVED
RESOLUTIONS, ORDINANCES, ORDERS, AND OTHER BUSINESS
Eric Phillips made a motion to surplus 3 Gravely Lawn Mowers. Two to be sold on Gov Deals
one to be donated to Good Hope High School. The motion was seconded by Taft Dillashaw.
