Call to Order: Mr. Kelley called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
Schedule a Special Election: Mr. Darcy announced that the recall signatures have been certified
and asked whether Mr. Kelley approves sending written documentation to himself, as required
by the Town Charter. Mr. Kelley stated he would need to look into the matter further. He also
noted that the recall should be listed as a separate agenda item and expressed that it should not be
taken up at this meeting since it was not on the agenda. Mr. Galvin stated that, for recalls, the
Select Board should send correspondence to the affected official notifying them that the Town
Clerk has certified the signatures. Mr. Darcy asked Mr. Kelley if he was prepared to schedule the
special election for the recall. He further stated that citizens currently lack full representation and
asked if Mr. Kelley was ready to schedule an election to fill Trish Simpson’s seat. Mr. Kelley
responded that he would prefer to save money by potentially filling both positions at the same
election and therefore was not ready to set a date. No action was taken.

Call to Order: Chair Eric Kelley called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Pledge of
allegiance followed.
Town Administrator Report: Peter Morin offered remarks regarding recent developments.
He described Trish Simpson as sincere and intellectually curious, and expressed that he
wished she had allowed herself more time. He also stated that he was saddened by
Charlie’s resignation. While his initial inclination was to resign in solidarity as a sign of
respect and in response to the circumstances, he ultimately decided to remain in his role to
avoid adding to the ongoing disruption he has been working to address.
Mr. Morin noted that he will be meeting with department heads to review potential budget
reductions. He affirmed his commitment to supporting the town through this period and
encouraged residents to treat one another with courtesy, emphasizing that collaboration
will be key to moving forward
Mr. Darcy offered comments expressing his gratitude to Charlie for his service. He noted
that he has received numerous questions regarding a potential override and provided an
