Commissioners Cacka, Schmalz, and Wright were also present. County Attorney Ryan Hansch, Administrator Sheila Murphy, and Administrative and Compliance Coordinator Stephen Wiblemo were also present. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE At the request of the Board Chair, all present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. 2 CONSIDERATION OF AGENDA ITEMS Murphy requested the addition of Item 9.D., consider approving the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS) Licensed Sergeants Local 297 for the period of January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. Murphy also requested a correction to Item 4.D.
