MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. OATH OF OFFICE: Mayor Lindstrom, Council Members Meehlhause and Smith This item was removed from the agenda. 4. ROLL CALL: Clark, Gunn, Lindstrom, Meehlhause and Smith NOT PRESENT: None. 5. COUNCIL BUSINESS A. Resolution 10191, Designating Acting Mayor, Treasurer, Official Newspaper and Depositories for 2026. City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council designate an acting mayor, treasurer, official newspaper and depositories for 2026. He reported he was not recommending any changes to the City’s official newspaper or depositories. Mayor Lindstrom questioned who should be designated as Acting Mayor. Council Member Meehlhause recommended Council Member Gunn serve as Acting Mayor for 2026. Mayor Lindstrom reported the City’s official newspaper would remain the Pioneer Press and the secondary newspaper would be the Shoreview Press. He noted City Administrator Zikmund and Finance Director Bauman would be designated as the City Treasurer and L iliya Loginova as the City’s Deputy Treasurer. MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Smith.
