A motion to approve the Vacation was made by Thompson and seconded by Huston. The motion carried unanimously.

A. Final Plat – Scout Haven
Kari discussed the Scout Haven Final Plat, Phase 1, consisting of Lot 1, Block 1, Outlot A, and the City-dedicated park parcel.
The developer is requesting approval of one lot at this time, and staff anticipate a request for an additional phase as early as
next month. Kari discussed portions of the Development Agreement specific to park amenities. She also noted that Leander
is scheduled for maintenance this year and will continue to be maintained until additional funding is secured for a full roadway

SARTELL PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
Monday, May 4, 2026 Sartell City Hall 6:00 PM
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Planning Commission meeting was held on May 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Sartell City
Hall.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Shawn Pierce, Kelly Thompson, Christine Huston, Colin Anderson
MEMBERS ABSENT: David Wall
OTHERS PRESENT: Kari Haakonson, Director of Community & Economic Development, Jill Hollenkamp,
Development Specialist, Rick Burski, Greg Wensman
Anderson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
1. AGENDA REVIEW AND ADOPTION
A motion to adopt the agenda as presented was made by Huston and seconded by Thompson. The motion carried unanimously.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Pierce and seconded by Huston to approve the meeting minutes. The motion carried unanimously.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Vacation- 330 10th Street South
The resident has applied to combine three existing platted lots into one parcel. The proposed vacation will not impact city
utilities. Utility services and drainage located in the rear yard will remain unaffected. Should the property owner choose to
subdivide the property in the future, the vacated area would need to be reinstated.
A motion to approve the Vacation was made by Thompson and seconded by Huston. The motion carried unanimously.
B. Preliminary & Final Plat- River Rock Estates
