Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of variances to allow a five-space parking lot expansion at 220 Channahon Street. Fire & Police Commission Meeting

Committee of the Whole Meeting
The Board reached a consensus to modify the Ordinance to prohibit short-term rentals of less than 30 days and to draft a restrictive Ordinance regarding solar energy facilities. No formal votes were taken on these items as they were referred back to staff and the PZC. The Board also decided to maintain the current Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Joliet regarding sewer billing.
