Commission to recommend approval of 12-lot Windsor Pond Fourth Addition plat

The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider recommending approval of the preliminary and final plats for Windsor Pond Fourth Addition, a 12-lot single-family residential subdivision by Windsor Homes, LLC. They will also discuss title corrections for the Kwik Trip North property at 100 Dodd Avenue, including releasing an easement, terminating a variance, and releasing a conditional use permit. Additionally, they will consider annexation by ordinance for properties owned by Pell, Enz, Wilson, and Nicollet County, and receive a report on the Baker Gateway Amendment.
