Transportation Commission

Community Preservation Committee

Board of Health

The Board of Health denied a request from a property owner at 11 Summer Street to exercise discretion regarding the timeframe and validity of housing code violations. The Board determined that state code requirements for correcting violations must be enforced regardless of pending eviction proceedings.
