Call to Order Mayor Keith Warren called the July 21, 2026, meeting to order at 6:00 PM. 2. Invocation Rick Bowman with Crossroads Community Church provided the invocation for those in attendance. 3. Pledge of Allegiance Oliver Wilson led the Pledge of Allegiance for those in attendance. 4. Adopt Agenda Town Clerk Abby Rich noted two amendments to the agenda. Sawmills council to vote on rezoning, budget, fire consolidation

The Sawmills Town Council will hold public hearings and consider action on the Annas Property rezoning and the 2026/2027 fiscal year budget. The council will also vote on a fire department consolidation agreement, mutual aid agreements with Granite Fire and Little River Fire, and a memorandum of understanding with Caldwell County for fire protection.
