Mayor Keith Warren called the July 21, 2026, meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

attendance.

Town Clerk Abby Rich noted two amendments to the agenda. These were the addition of

Councilman Wilson made a motion to adopt the agenda with the amendments presented.

The Sawmills Town Council will hold public hearings and consider action on the Annas Property rezoning and the 2026/2027 fiscal year budget.
