Jeter L. Michele Glover – Vice-Chairman Eddie N. Skeen Michael K. Brickey Danny M. Casteel Christopher S. Maness – Chairman Stefanie C. Addington (via teams meeting) ABSENT: None. Chairman Christopher S. Maness gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance. On a motion by L. Michele Glover, duly seconded by Darrel W. Jeter, this Board hereby approves the Chairman’s approval of Supervisor Stefanie C. Addington’s request to participate remotely via Teams, acknowledges that her voice can be heard by all persons in the room, and allows her participation due to a personal matter keeping her at home to care for a loved one. Voting aye: Darrel W. Jeter, L. Michele Glover, Eddie N. Skeen, Michael K. Brickey, Danny M. Casteel, Christopher S. Maness. Voting nay: None. Abstain: Stefanie C. Addington. On a motion by L.
