Brad Noble joined the meeting via phone. Frank Wharton was absent. Others present included Laverne Smithson, Christy Williams, Amber Schieber, Jeremy McQueen, and Jeff Osborn. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Shanda Parrish at 5:30PM. • Kevin and Terri Bentley are requesting that a variance by granted to allow them to build a garage that will infringe on the city right of way by about 8 feet at its southwest corner.
