P ignone seconded the motion. Voted unanimously Agenda Item 2: Pledge of Allegiance Agenda Item 3: General Obligation Bond Anticipation Notes Paulette Gerry, Treasurer, stated that on 4/28/26, the town issues a BAN for $671,000 for capital items and Oppenheimer and Company has the winning bid. She stated that no vote is required on this BAN because of the amount. She requested that the Board members sign the BAN documents. Agenda Item 4: Committee Appointments Bilbo moved to appoint Stephen Levy to the Board of Appeals as an associate member. Pignone seconded the motion. Voted unanimously. Pignone moved to appoint Megan Day, Jessica Gerke, and Richard Jackson to the Conservation Commission. Bilbo seconded the motion. Voted (4-1) with Lau voting in the negative. Parker encouraged Imbergamo to attend Conservation Commission meetings and call the Select Board ’s office regarding committee openi ng.
