Planning Commission

The rezoning changes include a 2-acre parcel to Public/Semi-Public (P/SP), a 0.2-acre portion from Suburban to Rural-1, and a 1.7-acre swap of Suburban zone to an adjacent location. The approval was unanimous (4-0) with one staff-recommended condition.
