Historic Preservation Commission
The Thiensville Historic Preservation Commission unanimously approved a Certificate of Appropriateness for the cheel rebuild at 105 South Main Street, with the condition that a material list and any changes be supplied to the Commission. The project, presented by Jesse Daily, includes a modern Queen Anne-style building with stucco and red brick, an event space upstairs, and a basement kitchen. The Commission also accepted the resignation of Tom Streifender and discussed a potential plaque for the old M&I Bank site.

Mequon-Thiensville Bikeway Commission
The Joint Mequon-Thiensville Bike and Pedestrian Way Commission elected T. Azinger as Chairperson by unanimous voice acclamation. Approval of the March 5, 2020 meeting minutes was postponed to the February meeting because the minutes were not included in the packet. The commission discussed a proposed off-road bike/pedestrian path from Rotary Park to the Ozaukee Interurban Trail, but took no action. The meeting adjourned early at 8:27 AM due to loss of quorum.

Plan Commission
The Thiensville Plan Commission met and approved the December 15, 2020 minutes unanimously. Two agenda items were withdrawn by the applicants: a sign application for The Wellness Way and a proposed outdoor pavilion at The Watermark. No other substantive decisions were made.

Historic Preservation Commission
The Historic Preservation Commission will review and take action on a Certificate of Appropriateness for an outdoor pavilion at Shully's Catering, 146 Green Bay Road. They will also review demolitions at 105 South Main Street and 185 South Main Street, discuss Wisconsin Historical Society staffing, and revisit a previously approved sign for The Wellness Way.
