Topsfield FY2027 letter from the Finance Committee May 27, 2026 Dear Fellow Residents, The FY2027 budget process has proven to be exceptionally challenging, forcing the citizens of Topsfield to make difficult decisions. It is important, now more than ever, for residents to actively participate in town government through attending meetings and voting, to ensure all voices are heard and considered as tradeoffs are being proposed that will shape Topsfield for years to come.
