Library Trustees
The Board of Trustees approved the library's closure on November 10 and 11. The board also approved the minutes from the June 13, 2023 meeting. Staff and the Director provided reports on summer programming, budget status, and facility flooding.

School Building Committee

Medfield Outreach
The board approved the minutes from the August 7, 2023, meeting. Staff provided updates on clinical internships, backpack distribution, and suicide prevention campaigns. No other substantive policy decisions were made.

Dog Control Bylaw Committee
The committee discussed draft recommendations to replace voice control with an on-leash bylaw, except on private property and in designated off-leash areas. The group is preparing to present these recommendations as an Article for the May 2024 Town Meeting. No formal votes were recorded for the recommendations during this meeting.

Transfer Station and Recycling Committee
The committee approved a subsidized price for compost bins and reviewed plans for Medfield Day and the closing of the SWAP area. Members also discussed updates to Transfer Station brochures and outreach to new residents.

Conservation Commission
The Commission approved a restoration planting plan for 13 Juniper Lane to mitigate unpermitted tree removal. Hearings for a garage at 13 Juniper Lane and a Certificate of Compliance for 45 West Street were continued. The hearing for 2 Linden Court was closed to issue an Order of Conditions.
