● Actions:
• Work with the town to make meeting arrangements with
Cody Mullinex and Ted Cherry
• Create meeting agenda at least one week in advance of
meetings
• Work with Cody to create folders for minutes and other
documents on Town website.

II. Project Updates and Planning
A. Train Station Art
● Project Leads: Kelly Jeffrey, Carin Aichele, and Jeremy Hydle.
● Action: The Big News: The State of Colorado is celebrating America’s 250th and
Colorado’s 150th anniversaries this year. The Deputy Chief of Staff reached out
to us specifically; they are interested in the Granby Train Station as a site for a
public art project. There is potentially up to $200,000 in funding available (plus we
have the $15K in our own budget).
Essentially, we have the chance to dream up a project, and the state would
provide the funding and help connect us with artists. I’m still waiting on some finer
details (which I'll share with the group I receive them), but this is our opportunity
