The Turner City Council will discuss and decide on a conditional use application for an automotive dismantling business at 5330 Fargo St., a 10% water rate increase (Resolution #26-01), and a supplemental budget transfer for a stormwater master plan (Resolution #26-02). The council will also discuss goal-setting and the January 22 meeting schedule.
