d. Peggy from the Food shelf approached the city council stating that how the
food is being delivered is not a sustainable way to unload the food in the
future. Currently the pallets are set on the sidewalk and they need to use a
forklift or pallet jack to load the food into the food shelf. Most of the
volunteers are elderly she mentioned and so they have a solution. The food
shelf has a cement pad on the north side of the building where they would
like to build a garage where the deliveries can be made inside the garage ina
safe manner that allows the deliveries to be dropped and moved to the food
shelf in a safe manne …

Lincoln Pipestone Rural Water Increase
There will be a water increase to the City of Tyler which will increase our total expense for water another $4,650.80 per year based off of prior water usage. It goes into effect on July 1-2026. Motion to increase residents bill to cover the cost. The total increase from LPR is .15 per thousand gallons purchased. Suggestion would be to increase .25 cents per 1000 gallons used which will cover us in case there is another increase in the future.

First Independent bank was designated at the official depository and the Tyler Tribute was designated as the official newspaper for Tyler.
