Redevelopment Agency
The Eagle Mountain Redevelopment Agency is giving notice that it has entered into Interlocal Cooperation Agreements with Eagle Mountain City, Utah County, Alpine School District, Central Utah Water Conservancy District, and the Unified Fire Service Area. Under the agreements, these entities will remit a portion of property tax increment revenues from the Sweetwater Industrial Park Community Reinvestment Area #3 to the Agency to fund the Project Area Plan. The public has 30 days to inspect the agreements and contest them if they believe statutory requirements were not met.
