The FARMINGTON CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
The FARMINGTON CITY tax on a $790,000 residence would increase from $654.36 to
$686.94, which is $32.58 per year.
The FARMINGTON CITY tax on a $790,000 business would increase from $1,189.74 to
$1,248.99, which is $59.25 per year.
If the proposed budget is approved, FARMINGTON would receive an additional
$285,108 in property tax revenue per year as a result of the tax increase. If the
proposed budget is approved, FARMINGTON would increase its property tax
budgeted revenue by 4.99% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue
