NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Utah Code Section 32B-1-202(7), notice is hereby given that the Magna City Council will hold a public hearing at the Broadway Building, 3151 S Broadway Street, Magna, Utah 84044, during its meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed location of The GEM Pizzeria and Bearded Brothers Brewing, a restaurant proposed by Jeff Isbel for premises located at 8945 W 2700 S, Magna, Utah 84044. The proposed restaurant does not meet the statutory distance requirements applicable to its proximity to the Magna Library.
