Announcement of Surplus Property Sale
Francis City Council has delegated authority to declare personal property items as surplus. The Mayor has declared certain items of personal property surplus and has authorized disposal by sealed bid.
From March 3rd, 2026, through March 19th, 2026, surplus assets will be sold via sealed bid.
In order to make a bid, bring your bid in, in a sealed envelope with your name, Surplus Property and if it is the building or the truck written on the sealed envelope. Items are sold 'as is, where is'. Please take time to review the terms and conditions
