Dave Okelberry had a concern about the grass fire and recommends there should be a set of bolt cutters in every fire truck. And second, noticed by pulse point when call went out for the fire it took 15 minutes for a truck to show up. Dispatch should page out other agencies when no one responds from Goshen. Steven explained that on structural fire, multiple agencies will be called out, he will take notes and ask those questions.
