Beaver County Planning and Zoning Commission
The Beaver County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a conditional use permit for Intermountain Renewable Power, LLC to develop an additional geothermal wellfield and construct an electric generation plant in the MU-20 district. A public hearing will be held on Ordinance 2024-09, proposing a rezoning from MU-20 to I-G in a portion of S1, T28S, R11W. The commission will also discuss updates to the Beaver County General Plan and related ordinance changes.

Beaver County Clerk
The Beaver County Clerk will conduct a required election audit of the November 5, 2024 General Election, starting at 2:00 PM on November 12 in the Commission Chambers. The Board of Canvassers has prepared a canvass report of the election results, available online or at the Clerk's office. This is a procedural meeting to certify the election outcome.
