PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Midway Sanitation District Board of Trustees will hold 12 regular
scheduled meetings during the year 2026. Meetings will be held on the second Monday of each
month at 3:00p.m. in the Midway City Office Building, 75 North 100 West, Midway, Utah.
Notice of the meeting and agenda will be posted at the Midway City Office Building, Midway City
Post Office, on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website and on the Midway Sanitation District
Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/MidwaySanitationDistrict site at least 48-72 hours
before the meeting. Agenda items must be submitted no later than 21 days prior to the meeting.

Midway Sanitation District announces sewer rate increases effective January 1, 2026
The Midway Sanitation District is notifying residents of new sewer rates starting January 1, 2026. These changes follow public hearings held on November 17 and December 11, 2025.
- Midway Sanitation District (Collection System) rates increased by 5%
- Heber Valley Treatment Plant (Treatment) rates increased by 10%
- Residential quarterly total billing rates now range from $72.75 (1 person) to $166.00 (6+ persons)
- Commercial quarterly total billing rates now range from $75.50 (Minimum ERU) to $868.00 (6+ ERU)

Per public hearing on November 17, 2025 Midway Sanitation District has raised sewer rates 5% and per public hearing on December 11, 2025 Heber Valley Treatment Plant has raised their rates 10%. Please see below for new rates effective 1/1/2026:
