PID board to vote on final 2026 budget and board-seat transition rules
The Panorama Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-5 board will hold a combined special meeting to adopt the amended final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2026 for District No. 1, and consider a resolution (2026-05) that would set the threshold for transitioning board seats from appointed to elected once approximately 1,371 certificates of occupancy are issued.
